David C. Kloote established the company in 1998 to provide engineered construction services solicited by City, County, and State governments.
Over the next two decades, the company completed dozens of Capital Improvement Projects and extended its services into the private sector market.
Kloote Contracting, Inc. is pre-qualified by the Pinellas County BOCC, Town of Belleair, City of Clearwater, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. The company is certified by the City of St. Petersburg and Pinellas County as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE).

– FL Department Environmental Protection (DEP) Qualified Inspector
